What is DineKind Harford (DKH) Healthy Living? 

A plant-based nutrition education group that has monthly plant-based potlucks, speakers on health, animals, and environmental issues, movies, serves as a resource for people wanting to eat a more healthful way and be kind to animals and the environment. Literature and resources are available. DKH is a group of kind-hearted people that enjoy each others company and spreading the word of the benefits of a plant-based way of life.

 

What other kinds of things does DineKind Harford do?

 

  • No Meat Athlete-Bel Air runs such as Bel Air Town Run 5K 

  • Provide vegan meals to local women's/family shelter. 

 

  • Tables at Events such as the Earth Day festival. This year DineKInd is planning a veg fest!

 

  • Meetups at restaurants, animal sanctuaries, fundraising walks/runs, field trips
