Were you inspired by the recent documentary
"The Game Changers?" Join the new social/running/hiking Facebook group in Harford County called:

No Meat Athlete - Bel Air, MD. 

This group will do mostly trail running/hiking and often meet up for vegan food afterwards. Please join us!

Soon we will be starting track workouts on Thursdays at the Bel Air High School track at 6:30. Anyone want to train for a marathon with Wendy? Long runs on weekends?

In these times of the Coronal Virus, our best defense is to have a strong immune system. Here is  list of resources  that can be very useful, including documentaries, books, and websites. 

Wendy might be teaching several vegan cooking classes in fall 2020! (online or small group).
