We get together for plant-based restaurant meetups, trips to animal sanctuaries and veg fests, 5k runs, and fun, good conversation.


The annual Food Revolution Summit was fantastic as usual and worth purchasing if you missed it. I especially liked Dr. Milton Mills and Dr. Brook Goldners talks.






Were you inspired by the recent documentary
"The Game Changers?" Join the new social/running/hiking Facebook group in Harford County called:

No Meat Athlete - Bel Air, MD. 

This group will do some trail running/hiking and some roads. We often meet up to socialize afterwards. Please join us!

Track workouts are on Thursdays at the Bel Air High School track at 6:30 p.m. Walkers are welcome.
